With the exception of the final lab, each lab is due at the beginning of the lab session following the lab in which it is assigned. Submitting your solution has two parts: the electronic submission and the paper report.
To submit your program electronically, type the following at the command line.
This will copy your files into a directory where we can grade them. The handincs program will verify each file that it has copied. If it does not verify success for a file, then we have not received the file, and you will not receive full credit for it.% handincs 160 X (where X is the number of the lab being submitted)
The paper report must be typed. Using an editor like NEdit is fine for this purpose. (There's an icon on your desktop for starting it; it's also in the K-menu under the Editors submenu.)
Some of your grade on your programs will be based on the appearance and readability of your program. Programs should be well-formatted (especially with respect to indentation). You should use good names for variables, methods, and classes. And your code should have comments explaining what methods do and how they work. As a general rule, a well-formatted program should be easily understandable by a fool, a TA, or even a professor.
For each file included in the lab's body, be sure to include titles so that the reader can easily move between class definitions.
