Other simulators
For a
paper that I wrote about Logisim in early 2002, I performed a
thorough search for tools similar to Logisim. I wrote the following
at that time. An updated list.

Graphical circuit tools
Tools that permit the user to draw and simulate a logic circuit.
It seems everybody has to write their own version of this program;
usually it's not very useful.
The associated ratings are based on my own arbitrary preferences only;
there is no particular system to them.
